In Charleston, West Virginia, a story was playing out that had many residents on the edge of their seats. It all began when a small group of kindhearted (and very alert) people heard the cries of a kitten. Itty Bitty Kitty Committee said that city workers, as well as Police Officer Matt Petty, stopped what they were doing to help these citizens find the source of the calls.
